Stay at our Historical Stables
The historical stables building was originally home to the first winner of the Melbourne Cup, the fabled racehorse Archer, trained by the legendary Etienne De Mestre. Following Archers success, De Mestre also trained Chester, Tim Whiffler and Calamia to victories in subsequent years. The stables has since been lovingly restored into charming and comfortable intimate accomodation for couples or as additional accomodation when booking the main house.
